  • Shipping Frequency: Oasis Express JM ships packages from overseas to Jamaica five times per week. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on the shipping method selected, package volume, or customs processing.
  • Coverage Areas: Free delivery is available to specific areas in Jamaica, including Kingston, St. Andrew, Portmore, and Portland (conditions apply). For other areas or specific details, please contact us.
  • Rates & Fees: Shipping rates are determined based on package weight and destination. Additional fees may apply for customs duties, taxes, or specific handling requirements. See our Shipping Rates page for more details.
  • Tracking: You may track your packages via the provided tracking link. Please note that real-time tracking updates may vary depending on the carrier or logistical conditions.
