  • Processing Times: Packages are typically processed within 24-48 hours of arrival at our U.S. address.
  • Jamaica Deliveries: Once in Jamaica, delivery times may vary depending on the recipient’s location.

2. Delivery Coverage Areas and Fees

Oasis Express JM provides broad delivery coverage in Jamaica, with specific policies for free delivery and fees based on location and package weight.

Coverage Areas with Free Delivery:

  • Kingston (Corporate Area)
  • Andrew (Corporate Area)
  • Portmore
  • Portland: Free delivery for packages over 3 lbs; a delivery fee of $200 JMD applies for packages under 3 lbs.

3. Shipping Rates

We calculate shipping rates based on the weight of your package. Rates are displayed on our website, and you can use our Shipping Rate Calculator for an estimate.

4. Package Tracking

Oasis Express JM offers free package tracking for all shipments. You can track your package through our website or by contacting customer support for updates.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery: 1-3 business days for in-coverage areas in Jamaica after package arrival.
  • Out-of-Coverage Areas: Delivery times may vary; please contact us for estimated timelines.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and, if necessary, file a claim with the courier.
  • Delayed Packages: Weather, customs inspections, and other factors may cause unexpected delays. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us within 24 hours to file a claim.

7. Returns and Refunds

If you need to return a package to the sender, Oasis Express JM offers Amazon Returns and other support for qualifying items. Return fees and any associated costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
